- Extensive academic background including an MBL (Master of Business Leadership) and a PhD focused on Systems Thinking in strategic management.
- Proven real-world experience as Managing Director of iFeedback Consulting, delivering research and solutions for diverse organisations.
- University lecturing experience at the MBA level, specialising in Business Ethics and Corporate Governance (Milpark Business School).
- A unique perspective combining strategic business acumen, ethical grounding, environmental awareness (PhD Env Mngmt), and operational insight.
- Passionate about developing "whole leaders" equipped to lead effectively and responsibly in the South African context.
